Built for Nigerian Women.
By Someone Who Listened.
Fibroid Wellness Nigeria was born out of one simple observation: millions of Nigerian women were living with fibroids, receiving medical diagnoses, but leaving clinics with no guidance on what to eat, what to avoid, or how to support their bodies through the journey. We built this program to change that.
To make evidence-informed
wellness accessible to every Nigerian woman.
For too long, quality health and wellness information in Nigeria has been either too expensive, too foreign, or simply unavailable. International wellness guides recommend chia seeds, kale smoothies, and supplements that cost a month's salary — and ignore the fact that Nigerian women already have access to some of the most powerful healing foods on earth.
Our mission is to bridge that gap. To take the science — real, peer-reviewed nutritional science — and translate it into practical, affordable, culturally relevant guidance that works in Lagos, Kano, Enugu, Port Harcourt, and every market town in between.
Rooted in Nigerian Food Culture
Every food and herb in this program is available at your local Nigerian market. Ugu, moringa, unripe plantain, zobo, ginger — these are not exotic imports. They are your heritage, and they are powerful.
Grounded in Nutritional Science
We do not deal in folklore alone. Every recommendation in this program is cross-referenced with published nutritional and phytochemical research. We explain the why — so you understand what you are doing and can trust the process.
Designed to Complement Medical Care
This program never replaces your doctor. It works alongside your medical treatment — supporting your body's resilience, restoring iron levels, reducing inflammation, and improving quality of life while you receive professional care.
Michael Daniels has spent years at the intersection of traditional Nigerian nutritional wisdom and modern nutritional science. His work began after speaking with dozens of Nigerian women managing fibroids who shared the same frustration: their doctors were excellent, but nobody had told them what to eat.
That gap became the foundation for this program. Michael spent years studying the phytochemical properties of Nigerian staple foods, reviewing peer-reviewed research on uterine health and nutrition, and consulting with women at every stage of their fibroid journey — from newly diagnosed to post-surgery recovery.
The result is a program that is honest about what food can and cannot do, grounded in science, and designed entirely around ingredients that every Nigerian woman can find and afford. Michael's core belief is simple: you should be able to support your own health using what is already in your kitchen and your local market.
Nigerian women deserved a program
built specifically for them.
No Local Context
Existing wellness guides were written for Western markets with Western foods. No mention of ugu, waterleaf, moringa, zobo, or unripe plantain — foods that are nutritionally superior for fibroid support.
Unaffordable Supplements
Imported supplements and superfoods recommended in most programs are out of reach for the majority of Nigerian women. We built an entire program using ingredients that cost less than a bag of rice.
The Gap After Diagnosis
Women were receiving diagnoses but leaving clinics with no nutritional guidance. The gap between "you have fibroids" and "here is what to eat" was enormous. This program fills that gap.
Science in Plain Language
Research existed. The evidence for anti-inflammatory eating, iron restoration, and hormonal balance through food was there — but buried in academic journals. We translated it into everyday Naija language.
Post-Surgery Support
Women recovering from myomectomy and hysterectomy had almost no guidance on day-by-day nutritional recovery. Chapter 7 of this program was written specifically for them.
You Deserve Better
Nigerian women are strong, resilient, and resourceful. They deserve wellness resources that respect that — practical, honest, affordable, and built entirely around their lives and their markets.
Honesty First
We tell you exactly what food can and cannot do. No miracle claims. No false promises.
Proudly Nigerian
Built around Nigerian foods, Nigerian markets, Nigerian women, and the Nigerian context.
Evidence-Informed
Every recommendation is backed by nutritional science — not just tradition, not just trends.
Sustainable Change
We teach long-term eating patterns that fit your life — not crash diets or short-term fixes.
